We do this because we want to manage your expectations. We won’t tell you one treatment is all it takes when we know that may not be the case. Just like we would never allow you to undergo a treatment you do not need.
Here at Stephanie Anne Aesthetics we place emphasis on the fact that these treatments are a journey, and that journey is not a sprint! Less is always more when is comes to the natural enhancements we provide, that’s why we would never recommend a large treatment package in one sitting. We always believe that treatments should be built slowly and over time.

Will it only take one treatment?
Sometimes a client is happy after only one treatment. However most cases more than one treatment is required to safely and naturally build your desired result
How much will it cost?
We may not be as cheap as some other practitioners, but what we can promise is, that we only use premium products and operate under strict safety protocols.
How long will it last?
Treatments vary in longevity. They also depend on each individual client and their environmental habits, ie, water intake, sunbeds even their metabolism. The type of filler used holds an impact and how much was used, also the area treated can hold an impact. However the general rule under the right circumstances are filler 6-12 months for Dermal Filler & Skin boosters sometimes longer. Tox is 3-5months.
Why do I pay a booking fee?
Our products are bought in per client after booking. This goes towards to cost.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Of course! You can reschedule your appointment and transfer your booking fee up to 48hrs before your appointment time. If rescheduling after 48hrs unfortunately a new booking fee will be required.
Do you offer clinic days?
Yes we do! Keep an eye on our social media for clinic days near you. These are normally accompanied with special offers.
Do you offer finance?
We understand your treatments can add up. So to help with this we have Klarna and Clearpay available when booking.
What should I avoid after treatment?
You should avoid drinking alcohol - Saunas, hot baths or showers - make up - lotions - excercise - sunbeds.
Where is your clinic?
We are based in Consett and have parking available.
What should I do prior to treatment?
You should avoid alcohol - caffeine - taking aspirin or blood thinners - excercise - take Arnica tablets
Do you provide consultations?
We do provide consultations prior to every treatment we carry out. If you would like to book a consultation only, please contact us to schedule.
Where are you based?
We are based in County Durham. However we are mobile and cover ALL areas of the North East. Treatments are carried out in the comfort of your own home.
What if I’m not sure what treatment is right for me?
This is why a consultation is completed prior to treatment. We go through options for you to achieve your desired goal. This may mean us recommending something more suitable to what you may have already booked.
Will it hurt?
We do use a topical numbing product which helps make any procedures more comfortable.
How can I avoid bruising?
Caffeine, excercise and alcohol all encourage bruising. Minimise these before and after treatment. You can also take Arnica tablets and/or cream to help reduce the chances too.
Can you reduce your prices for me if I book more?
We are competitively priced. and do not reduce prices on a client by client basis. However we do offer packages and discounts via our social media and newsletter.
I’ve had treatment elsewhere but I’m not happy, can you help?
Yes we can in most cases. Dermal fillers can be dissolved or sometimes placement can be corrected, but there may be a minimum period of downtime between treatments.
How do i pay via ClearPay?
